About Me

Hello, my name is Nycole Jordan, and I am licensed in Alabama with 20+ years of professional work experience in mental health. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma, abuse, parenting issues, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.

It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey. I am open to adjusting any techniques that you do not feel are working during the sessions. I look forward to working with you and I wish to strengthen and empower you to help you meet your needs.
